The Hover Test page is for testing hovers. The words “Hover Test” have been set to show a pop-up. The setting is made in Plugins > Hover. All instances of “Hover Test” will show the pop-up.
This link to google has a title attribute. The text of this title attribute shows up in the pop-up. For Marin’s purposes we need to add a title attribute to menu items.
